![]() ![]() ![]() I was asked to click on the correct code (one was me from a year ago but had an unknown code) - when I did, the game froze on the wrong code and I could not enter the game for weeks and weeks. Some time ago, I received a message on my game that I had two ID's on the Mytona server. ![]() Sigh.Īny idea what this is about and how to make it stop? I logged into my old phone to try to see if there was anything worth saving otherwise I'll delete it - of course, I was forced to update the game. When I tried to disconnect Facebook (which I do because it's synced with an alternate account since I don't want MyTona to know everything about me), it gave me the restore from the old game message again! At least now I have the option to decline. Then I logged into my current FB account, tried again, and it started as normal. it was still there when I started the game but hung up on that pop-up. So I closed the game, cleared cache, restarted phone. The old game had no friends, was way behind where I am today, so of course I didn't want it, but there was no option to close the pop-up or deny the restore. This game was on an old phone I haven't used in at least a year, has a different support ID and isn't synced to the same Facebook account! I don't even know how MyTona knew both games were mine! Today when I started the game, I got a popup saying it was going to restore from another saved game. □□♀️□□♀️Īny thoughts or solutions with this would be so appreciated. I am on level 761 in SN, head of my guild and at a loss.□□♀️īy the way…on the new device my current Secret Society game (level 880) is now empty and with a new game ID # also, and it is a g5e game. I have transferred this game before using this technique (cloud backup/restore). While I am not exactly tech savvy, I don’t think I am an imbecile either. After 5 days of looking for the answers (online), I am at a loss. And this appears to work in other apps like emails, messenger etc. In settings, I have the “handoff” switched to on in both devices. A new game with a new ID number is on my new iPad. Everything on old device transferred except several games and their data. I play on iPad Pro (12.9) old 1st generation and am transferring my cloud backup to the new iPad Pro-6th generation. Hi Guys- here it is 12/21/22 and I am having the same problems as other players have noted previously. ![]()
